This is an ideal way to help your customer choose the perfect handles for their home.

AFTERCARE:

Wipe clean with warm water and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive towels, sponges, cleaning sprays, bleach and hand sanitizers.

LEATHER SUSTAINABILITY:

All of our leather is sustainably sourced and prepared for us in the UK.

It’s veg-tanned leather which means the tanneries use natural materials and dyes like bark, roots and leaves to prepare the hides, rather than chemicals used to produce more commonly used chrome-tanned leather.

Using natural fibres means no harm to tannery workers, and waste can be safely recycled with no impact on our waterways, giving our oceans the respect they deserve.

Veg-tanned leather takes longer to produce than its chrome-tanned alternative – up to fifteen months versus just a day or so.

AFTERCARE

BRASS & ALUMINIUM HARDWARE
Wipe clean with warm water and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive towels, sponges, cleaning sprays, bleach and hand sanitizers.

 

BRASS & LEATHER HARDWARE
We recommend using some leather natural beeswax-based conditioner and a soft cloth.

 

First, apply a very light coat of conditioner with the cloth or your fingers to the leather and gently rub in a circular motion.

 

Leave your leather to absorb the conditioner - this can take between five and twenty minutes.
 

Once dried, buff with the soft cloth until your leather has a desired shine.

 

We recommend repeating the process around every six months.

 

Please note, our leather is not water resistant and may stain when wet. If it does get wet simply wipe off excess water and allow to dry naturally.
