SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

We have an exciting opportunity for a new, enthusiastic social media manager. As Pushka Home continues to grow, a proactive and confident leader with a wealth of skills and knowledge is required to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. You will be responsible for everything social; from organic growth, to influencer partnerships, paid advertising and internal engagement.

The ideal candidate is well versed in managing all social channels, be up to date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies, and have proven experience in delivering successful social media campaigns.

The role:

  • Own and develop Pushka Home’s social content calendar for Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest.
  • Create innovative, interesting, and on-trend creative content.
  • Copywriting, proofing, scheduling and publishing of content.
  • Developing and overseeing competitions and campaigns to draw attention to the brand
  • Monitoring and responding to customer feedback, comments and social media posts.
  • Writing and developing an interiors based blog for the website.
  • Creating emails to our subscribers.
  • Create and grow account on LinkedIn.
  • Liaising with other departments to create holistic and effective online marketing strategies.
  • Setting measurable goals for campaigns, ads, and measuring and showing the Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Set goals to clarify the vision for the business, it’s target audience and identify which platform to use.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Solid experience in working across all social media platforms and its forever changing trends and updates.
  • Experience in paid social media advertising.
  • Strong communication and networking skills to form relationships with influencers, brand advocates and loyal followers.
  • Show excellent time-management and organisational skills.
  • The ability to think strategically and creatively, perform under pressure and be efficient.
  • Solid knowledge of computers and relevant operating systems and software programs.
  • A passion for interiors.
  • A positive, self-starter attitude with a desire to exceed expectations and make the job their own.
  • Takes a strategic and analytical approach to numbers and turn data into actionable insights and learnings.
  • A sound understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics and keyword search.
  • 2 years industry experience minimum.
  • Basic understanding of photoshop would be a bonus
  • Basic video editing skills would be a bonus.
