At Pushka Home, we want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with the service we offer. However, there may be the rare occasion when you need or want to return your order to us. If you’re not happy, we’ll give you your money back (subject to terms and conditions)! 

- We accept returns for refund if received within 30 days from purchase. 

 - For returns please return to the below address and kindly include a return note inside the parcel to state the order number, contact details, reason for return and if you want a refund and once we receive we can process. Please pack well to ensure no damage.

- If the item has arrived damaged the value of this will be deducted from your return/refund.  If there is a return charge to receive this item on our end then this will also be deducted from the refund.

• If you would like to exchange your order for item(s) of higher value, we will contact you for payment details.

• If you are exchanging for goods of lower value we will refund the difference.

• We will contact you to confirm when your exchange or refund has been processed. Please allow up to 14 days.

£6.50 Delivered next working day (9am - 6pm). Orders must be received before 12pm. Orders received at weekends and Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day and delivered the following working day. A signature may be required.
UK next day delivery - Guaranteed £12.50 Delivered next working day (9am - 6pm). Orders must be received before 12pm A signature is required.


For international delivery costs, please see our flat rate table below. For all countries not listed below, please add your propducts to shopping cart and select your country and your delivery cost will be calculated for you based on your order. 





All deliveries are sent by Royal Mail and if ordered by 12:00pm then all orders will be dispatched the same day. We send everything 1st class post which is a 1 to 2 day delivery time or if the item weighs over 500g (approx 4 knobs) then we will send using our 48 hour tracked service which aims to deliver within 3 working days from dispatch. You can select the express delivery option if you want your order to be sent on a next day delivery. Next day UK deliveries are not guaranteed for next day but they currently enjoy a very high rate of delivery success within 24 hours from dispatch. Guaranteed next day service is only available for UK delivery and is subject to total weight of order.  

Please see the table above for UK delivery including England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. For international postage we use Royal Mail International tracked for packages under 2KG and a courier service for any packages over 2KG.

All parcels with be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For/Airmail. To see a postage estimate, please add your items to the shopping cart and select the desired country. 

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives. We will only charge you for delivery once per order.

We despatch parcels using Royal Mail 48 hour and 24 hour service. For heavier packages and international services we will use courier services. We will notify you by email when your order is despatched and provide you with a tracking number.

Please use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your delivery. If your parcel requires a signature and there is no-one available to sign for your parcel at your address a card will be left by the delivery company. You may need to call to arrange a new delivery date or alternatively collect the parcel from your local depot. 

Terms & Conditions

- We endeavour to provide tracking on all our tracked parcels and express services or the buyer can get in contact with us for any postal enquiries.  Buyers are encouraged to follow the progress on their delivery by tracking it or contacting us in case of any queries about the delivery. 

- Parcels that are not called for are returned to sender.  Parcels with incorrect or missing/not full address can be returned to sender. If not called for and there is something wrong with the address then the buyer would incur a new postage fee in order to get this re-delivered. If a parcel is returned to sender we must await the item to be returned back to us.

- Our international deliveries within Europe & EU aim to deliver within 5 to 8 working days but can take up to about 10 working days depending on peak times with post and customs in the country of delivery. Buyers in Europe should get in contact within 2 weeks of dispatch if order is not received.  Parcel orders can be returned to sender if an attempted delivery has been made and the parcel package is not called for.

- Our international deliveries for the Rest of the World aim to deliver within 7 to 12 working days but can take up to about 15 working days depending on peak times with post and customs in the country of delivery. Buyers in rest of the world should get in contact within 3 weeks of dispatch if order is not received.  Parcel packages can be returned to sender if an attempted delivery has been made and item is not called for.
