Can I place an order over the phone? 

We understand that sometimes you may have some questions or prefer to speak to a member of our Pushka team about your order.

Please call us on +44 (0)2030567556 (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm). We will be delighted to answer any questions you may have, help you with advice about our products and take your order. We hope to hear from you soon!

 

What payment methods do you accept?  

Our customers can choose to pay by credit or debit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard. We also accept PayPal and are able to offer 0% PayPal Credit.

 

I need a specific type of handle. Do you do custom orders? 

We are able to offer our customers a bespoke service on our brass range. If you already have holes drilled in your furniture and you require a particular size or you have a certain style/finish in mind, we will try our best to assist you with this.

Please email us at [email protected] with your name, contact number and what you require and we will get back to you with a lead time and a quote.

We have a minimum order value of £300.00 and we can usually fulfil these orders within 14-21 working days.

 

Do you have a catalogue that you can send me? 

Our brochure is available to view online on our website. If you need any further information or would like a hard copy please do get in touch with us.

Do you sell to trade customers?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to all countries overseas.

 

Can I place an order to be delivered to multiple addresses?

Yes, please call us on +44 (0) 2030567556 and we arrange this for you.

 

I haven't received my order, what should I do?

Very occasionally parcels may go missing with our courier or Royal Mail delivery service. Please be assured that if this occurs our delivery team will investigate the situation as a matter of urgency.

If your order has been dispatched and is more than 5 days after the expected delivery date please call us and we will look into this for you. Royal Mail have a 14 day wait period for lost items so you may have to bear with us whilst we look into this for you.

Please remember to check with your local depot and your neighbours if you are not in at the time of delivery as it may be there waiting for you.

 

When will I receive my order?

For in stock items, standard delivery times in the UK should reach you within 48 hours from dispatch and 7-10 days for deliveries into other parts of Europe.

Delivery times for bespoke products will be longer and an estimate of expected delivery date will be given when your order is accepted. Deliveries outside of Europe will vary depending on the method of delivery and courier used but should reach you within 10 days.

 

Do you sell longer screws if the ones I have aren’t long enough?

Yes, for most of our products we supply longer screws.
