All our products come with a 1-year guarantee as standard with a 5-year mechanical guarantee on our brass hardware.

The guarantees are intended to cover the reasonably anticipated lifespan of goods and applies to the original purchaser and the original installation address only.

The guarantee is non-transferable.

  1. In the unlikely event the goods fail within the guarantee period, we offer a free replacement (or nearest equivalent). Liability is limited to individual goods and does not cover consequential loss or damage upon installation.
  2. Unlacquered brass will tarnish naturally with age and this process can speed up if cleaned excessively or with corrosive cleaning products. Our brass hardware are coated with a clear protective lacquer, which will protect the brass from tarnishing if maintained correctly. We advise using any household chemicals to clean the product as they maybe harmful to the lacquer and clean using a damp cloth and warm water. Over time the product will age naturally and become slightly duller in appearance.
  3. The guarantee does not cover damage during fitting, accidental or malicious damage, improper use, general wear and tear, damage due to poor installation or consequential loss.
  4. We will require original proof of purchase to be provided for us to be able to consider any claim, so please keep your invoice and your email receipt. We will replace at our discretion, in part or whole, goods which are defective. If the goods are no longer available, we will endeavour to provide a suitable alternative. Please note that in the case of a set, only the faulty item will be replaced.
  5. We must be given the opportunity to inspect the goods, this will be by a photograph or receiving them back to us. The goods should not be destroyed before inspection without our consent.
  6. Where we are satisfied that a defect has arisen because of faulty manufacturing or materials we will, at our discretion, replace the goods free of charge to you. If we choose to replace goods that are no longer available, we will replace with a suitable alternative.
  7. This guarantee does not cover damage and/or malfunction caused by inappropriate cleaning and only cleaning products recommended should be used.
  8. The guarantee only covers the product. Pushka Home cannot be held liable for any reinstallation or fitting costs relating to the replacing the products.
